What Excites Me.
I led two visual media design teams and three instructional design teams. However, my greatest leadership accomplishment was leading seven teams of volunteers for four years. Successfully motivating people to do demanding work when they are not being paid informed and inspired my leadership processes and the importance of intrinsic motivation.
